Responsibilities: Assist the Condominium Manager in handling and maintaining proper records of enquiries or complaints received from residents/tenants. Help new owners/tenants with applications for card access, keys, move-in/move-out, and renovation requests. Coordinate on-site inspection schedules for contractors, MA technicians, and Property Executive to attend to residents service requests. Answer phones and receive residents' requests professionally with a positive and helpful attitude. Manage petty cash and handle bookings for estate facilities. Maintain inventory of office stationery and keep equipment maintenance records, performing general administrative duties. Requirements: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative or property management role. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
