One of our prestigious clients is looking to hire a Assistant Restaurant Manager, In the Restaurant Industry who will be responsible for but not limited to: Job Overview: Our Client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a thorough understanding of restaurant operations. This role requires a proactive individual who can support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, staff management, and ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities : Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Ensure all food safety and health regulations are followed. Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed. Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times. Assist in hiring, training, and supervising restaurant staff. Schedule shifts and manage labor costs. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback. Foster a positive and productive work environment. Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered by all staff members. Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain a visible presence on the floor, interacting with guests to ensure satisfaction. Assist in managing the restaurants budget and financial performance. Monitor sales and revenue targets, implementing strategies to achieve them. Assist in cost control and waste reduction efforts. Support promotional activities and special events to drive customer engagement and sales. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement marketing strategies. Assist in menu planning and development in collaboration with the culinary team. Ensure menu items are prepared to the highest quality and consistency. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or in a similar role. A degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong understanding of restaurant operations and management. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Outstanding customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
