We are seeking a skilled and motivated Brand Development Executive to join our dynamic team in the beauty distribution business. As a Brand Development Executive specializing in data analysis and sales reporting, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our brand portfolio by providing strategic insights and informed decisions based on comprehensive data analysis. Your expertise will contribute to optimizing sales strategies, enhancing brand performance, and fostering strong relationships with our partners. Key Responsibilities: Sales Orders Management & Reporting: Support Commercial and Brand Development team in order management and processing Translate FY brand strategy into topline SKU forecast by franchise, and SKU monthly Coordinate feedback from Demand Planner and Commercial teams to reflect up to date FY brand forecast by SKU Compile monthly inventory data (SOH, new inventory) into monthly reports for Principal Prepare and analyse sales data for topline SKU forecasting monthly Monitor sales data and provide accurate and insightful information on brand performance, market trends, and competitive landscape. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify gaps, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement. Market Research: Gather market research and provide insights to identify business opportunities in the region (including consumer preferences, market segments, and potential gaps in the beauty distribution landscape etc), with guidance from Brand Development Director Develop dashboards and presentations for business reviews with brand principals as well as pitching for new brands for distributorship in new markets (TR, USA, Australia) Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing and operations, to align goals and strategies. Present complex data findings and insights in a clear and understandable manner to diverse audiences. Requirements: Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field Proven experience in data analysis, sales reporting, or related roles, preferably within the beauty or consumer goods industry. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities. Knowledge of the beauty industry, market dynamics, and consumer trends. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
