GSC is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Admin to join and support the growing and well-established firm of our client. The Business Development & Marketing Admin is essential support to the two teams, managing administrative tasks, coordinating initiatives, and ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns and projects of the client. Qualifications: Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience Experience with Salesforce & Microsoft Suite Exceptional organizational skills Results-driven mindset with expertise in problem-solving skills Detail-oriented and capable of supporting multiple projects under short delivery timelines Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be willing to work in a hybrid arrangement and in a night shift schedule Responsibilities: Collaborate with the marketing & BD teams to ensure deadlines are being met, internal requests are being followed up on, and overall project workflow is optimized Support the day-to-day operations of both the Business Development & Marketing teams Invoice & credit card reconciliation Salesforce data entry - adding in and updating data Support research for BD and Marketing teams ZoomInfo & Salesforce audience building
