Benefits of joining our team: Receive an attractive salary package + commission structure Full work-from-home arrangement Travel Opportunities Key Responsibilities: Business Development and Sales Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities Develop strategies to approach and engage potential clients Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients through virtual and onsite visit Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities Analyze competitors and adapt strategies accordingly Provide feedback and insights to the marketing development teams Develop a database of quality leads and connections Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company targets (referrals, promotion, etc) Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals Create and negotiate offers and contracts with clients with the assistance of the managing director Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions. Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions Prepare regular reports on sales performance and business development activities Use CRM tools effectively to track and manage client information and sales activities Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and management team to develop promotional materials and campaigns Collaborate with the head office teams to provide client feedback and progress of existing and potential requirements Liaise with other departments to ensure client requirements are met and expectations exceeded. Attend weekly, monthly meetings for update. Role Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role Must have background in working with offshoring, recruitment, or a similar industry Has knowledge of different hiring requirements (contact center, back office, and digital) and the ability to provide recommendations to clients on potential roles based on the given skillset Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capabilities to handle process improvement/changes Goal-oriented and self-motivated Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent time management and organizational skills Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel as needed, both locally and internationally, and will report to a Managing Director Valid drivers license Preferably sole trader with ABN
