Our client is a dedicated facility for servicing and repairing multi-brand premium cars. Now a leading provider of premium car repair and maintenance in Dubai. We are looking for a Sales Manager , who will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the customer base for the automobile service center in Dubai. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction to enhance the reputation of the service center. Working Days: Mon to Sat Salary: AED 7k-9k Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues. Identify new market opportunities and target customer segments. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies. Team Management: Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve performance. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. Set sales targets and performance metrics for the team and conduct performance evaluations. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and prompt resolution of customer issues. Oversee the management of customer accounts and ensure the retention and growth of existing customer base. Sales Operations: Oversee the daily sales operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and results. Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the service center. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share. Develop and maintain partnerships with automobile manufacturers, dealerships, and other relevant stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive service industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Knowledge of the Dubai market and customer base is a plus. Valid UAE driving license.
