With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, their platform connects millions of travelers to unforgettable journeys every year. As they continue to grow and evolve, we're searching for an experienced and visionary HR Manager to re-engineer and lead human resources department and shape people strategy. Role Overview: As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that align with our business goals. You will be driving a culture of excellence, innovation, and inclusion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic HR management, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the travel industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with companys overall business objectives. Collaborate with the executive team to shape and drive organizational change initiatives. Lead workforce planning and talent management efforts to ensure the organization is prepared for future growth. 2. Talent Acquisition & Retention Design and oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent. Develop programs to enhance employee retention, including career development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives. 3. Organizational Culture & Employee Experience Foster a positive organizational culture that emphasizes inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation. Lead the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and productivity. Manage employee recognition and reward programs to promote high performance. 4. HR Operations & Compliance : Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including HR administration, payroll, and benefits. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies. Monitor HR metrics and report on workforce trends to inform decision-making. 5. Learning & Development Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Create leadership development initiatives to build a pipeline of future leaders. 6 . Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) : Drive DEI initiatives across the organization to build a diverse and inclusive workforce. Develop strategies to address biases and promote equal opportunities in the workplace. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). 8-10 YOE years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proven experience in strategic HR management and organizational development. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory compliance. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization. Experience in the travel, hospitality, or technology industry is a plus.
