The Role: The Sr. Team Leader is responsible for the solid overall workforce and client management, and will take full ownership on supervising and motivating team members. To succeed you will need to be professionally focused on optimizing department processes and building lasting relationships with stakeholders. Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee a team of healthcare processors in charge of clinical appeals, claims denial or utilization management to achieve client service level and team targets Responsible for day-to-day functional supervision of work group, including work assignment and attendance monitoring; providing input into selecting, training, developing, and completing performance appraisal of work group in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable compliance requirements.
