Utilizing CAD software to develop accurate 2D drawings and 3D models of medical spaces, incorporating client specifications and design requirements. Generating photorealistic 3D renderings and visualizations to help clients visualize the final look and feel of their medical facilities. Maintaining organized project files and documentation, including design revisions and communication with stakeholders. Perform other related duties as required. The Requirements: 2-3 years equivalent experience in architecture or drafting, or a related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar CAD software for 2D drafting and 3D modeling. Familiar with Australian standards and building codes. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings and specifications. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients. Prior experience in medical facility design or healthcare architecture will be highly considered. Portfolio showcasing previous design projects, including floor plans, construction drawings, and 3D renderings. Required language: Proficient in English, writing, and speaking. Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Must be hardworking, disciplined, and have a positive working attitude.
