Description Personal Assistant To The CSO Job Summary: As the Personal Assistant to the Chief Strategic Officer (CSO) you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to ensure the efficient operation of the CSO's office. This position requires a proactive and highly organized individual with exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle a wide range of tasks with confidentiality and professionalism. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Calendar Management: Effectively manage the CSO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and ensuring timely reminders. Coordinate and prioritize appointments, conferences, and travel arrangements. 2) Communication and Correspondence: Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and written correspondence. Draft, proofread, and edit documents, letters, and reports as required. 3) Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings, including logistics, agenda preparation, and minutes when necessary. Ensure the CSO is well-prepared for meetings by providing necessary documents and information in advance. 4) Travel Arrangements: Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all necessary arrangements are in place for smooth travel. 5) Document Management: Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring easy retrieval of information. Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism. 6) Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of events, conferences, and special projects. Collaborate with other departments and external partners as needed. 7) Administrative Support: Handle general administrative tasks such as expense management, invoice processing, and procurement. Provide support for ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the CSO. 8) Relationship Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CSO. Build and maintain positive relationships with key contacts. Job Requirements: · Bachelors in Business Administration, Management, or a related field 3 to 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant. Male candidates will be considered only (Traveling Required) Candidate should possess strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, have excellent time management skills, and be detail-oriented Excellent written & verbal communication skills The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure, and adapt to changing priorities is crucial for an Executive Assistant · Protocol officer duties are also involved. This includes arranging transportation, accommodations, and meals for attendees, as well as managing the schedule and agenda for the event
