Purpose: Develop, implement and manage global and regional branding and marketing campaigns together with the Creative and Product teams, under the direction of the Regional Sales Team, guided by the Marketing Manager. Manage branding and promotional content on web and social media platforms. Conduct market research, competitor analysis and prepare campaign performance reports. Duties: Develop campaign presentation decks for management approval and external clients Oversees production of all marketing materials, including printed documents, media advertising spots, website content, and social media accounts Prepare progress and performance reports for all ongoing campaigns Evaluates sales data compiled by sales department Monitors competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services Works within the department to incorporate marketing needs into overall company planning and strategy Organises and attends company-wide and marketing events Travels to meet clients and attend conferences, trade shows, industry events, and seminars Adheres to and implements company policies and procedures Participate in all work related marketing activities such as livestream, photoshoot, voice over and etc. Skills and Qualifications: Native-level fluency in spoken and written English. This is a strict pre-requisite. Additional languages to English and Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage. Preferably a holder of a Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field with a minimum 3 years Marketing Experience.
