Back office position Homeoffice in Portugal We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer. The Fraud Prevention Agent is responsible for reviewing suspicious web purchases, investigating data to determine whether orders should be accepted or canceled. Responsibilities: Accurately identify fraudulent activity. Recognize and document suspicious behavior, identifying trends, and flagging emerging issues. Communicate with customers via phone and email to gather crucial details that influence decisions. Manage back-office operations. Handle inbound calls from customers responding to callback requests. Make outbound calls when necessary to clarify information with customers. Requirements: Flawless communication skills in German + Advanced English (B2); Ability to work quickly and efficiently under deadline pressure. Ability for deep analysis on customer data Proven ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervision. Interest in self and team KPIs focusing on what can be done instead of what cannot be. What we offer full time contract with Portuguese employer Salary 1360 gross / month Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer Initial contract with a duration of 12 months, permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal) Private health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance).
