Our Client in Cyprus is currently looking for Customer Support Agents to join their growing iGaming Department.  Responsibilities: Communication with customers through live chat and e-mails. Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers. Acknowledge and resolve customers issues and queries. Keeping up to date with products terms, offers and functions. Report and escalate advanced customer queries to the relevant departments. Perform first-step investigations on queries and issues. 3 shift based role (Monday-Friday). Requirements: Previous experience in online customer support is a must Proficiency in both written and verbal English, with excellent language skills. Proficiency in both written and verbal French and/or German and/or Dutch, with excellent language skills. Strong communication abilities, enabling effective interaction and collaboration. Solid computer literacy and adept typing skills. Ability to perform effectively within a multitasking work environment. Shifts are from Monday to Friday rotating every week between: Morning: 09:00 18:00 Middle: 13:00 - 22:00 Night: 18:00 03:00 (Soon to become 16:00 01:00) *One hour break included in the timetable
