Position: Bid and Proposal Coordinator Location: Ortigas Work Setup: Onsite Schedule: Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm) Responsibilities: Oversee Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Terms of Reference (TORs), and collaborate with HRCs to develop requirement checklists. Collect bid information, including documents and specifications, from various cross-functional teams. Ensure all bid documents are current, properly signed, accurate, and compliant with requirements. Perform quality checks, such as mock bids, in coordination with the sales team. Foster and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in administration or project management. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office. Team player with a willingness to learn.
