Responsibilities: Manage and supervise service areas to ensure efficient customer flow, friendly service, and product availability. Maintain and replenish vending machines, ensuring cleanliness, proper functioning, and stock levels. Oversee pantry supplies, ensuring a sufficient range of consumables and drink options are always available. Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of service equipment, including tableware and cutlery. Ensure meeting rooms and conference facilities are clean, tidy, and set up as per requirements. Dispose of food and related waste in accordance with statutory requirements. Requirements: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in the F&B or Hospitality industry. Proven ability to work well with various types of people and perform under pressure. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Effective interpersonal skills with both internal and external customers. Good oral and written communication skills.
