Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - At least 3 years of experience in marketing or related roles within the poultry, meat, food, or FMCG industry. - Strong understanding of retail channels, trade marketing principles, and consumer behaviour. - Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. - Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving business growth. - Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. - Fluency in English.
