The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in human resources, particularly within the investment management sector. This role is critical in aligning our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives, driving organisational success and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives. Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR issues, including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and organisational design. Drive the development and execution of talent management strategies, including succession planning, career development, and leadership development programs. Lead change management initiatives to support the organisations growth and transformation. Analyse HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and improve HR processes and programs. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and retention. Lead on recruitment to attract and retain top talent in the investment management industry. About the Team Reporting to the VP of HR and managing a small team of HR generalists Your Skills and Experience The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. With 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role within the investment management or financial services industry, is required. Candidates should have a proven ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior leadership and employees at all levels. Excellent problem-solving skills, and demonstrated ability to drive change and improve HR processes and programs are essential.
