Position: Human Resource Business Partner Company Overview: Our client has focused its business on high quality peanuts processing product Job Summary: Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for partnering with our clients to provide strategic and operational HR support, ensuring the alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance and support on all aspects of HR including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and HR policy interpretation - Conducting analysis and implementing effective and attractive talent acquisition processes and Employer Branding - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide proactive HR solutions - Work closely with managers to identify and address employee development needs, including training and coaching - Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and values - Conduct regular analysis of HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations - Participate in the recruitment process, including conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations - Handle employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and providing guidance on disciplinary actions - Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management and employee development - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and procedures - Developing HR strategies at the corporate or holding level Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in law , Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a human resource role, with at least 2 years as a HR Business Partner -Understanding of labor laws, permits, HR operational processes including industrial relations - Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Experience with HRIS and other HR technology is preferred - HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus Join our client's team and make a difference in the success of our clients' businesses. If you are a driven and experienced HR professional, we want to hear from you!
