Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze insurance policies to determine coverage and eligibility. Communicate effectively with clients, insurance providers, and internal teams to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Maintain organized records of insurance transactions and documentation. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
