Requirements: Bachelor Degree in IT with min. GPA 3,0 out of 4,0. Preferably from a reputable university. Min 1-2 year experience in related areas. Technical Expertise: Great teamwork, resourceful, with outstanding helpdesk support skills. Have a good attitude and willingness to learn new things. Experience & understand Microsoft technology (Windows & Office). Summary of Duties: Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. Responding in a timely manner to helpdesk service issues and requests. Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone). Setting up accounts for new users. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary. Testing new technology.
