As an Italian-Speaking Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for managing reservations and providing outstanding customer service to our Italian-speaking guests. Assist guests in making, modifying, and canceling reservations accurately and efficiently. Ensure all reservations are processed accurately in the booking system. Manage room inventory and maximize occupancy through effective yield management techniques. Provide personalized assistance to Italian-speaking guests, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally. Qualifications: Italian C2 level English B2 level Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail. Proficiency in computer applications, including reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
