Job Title: Lead Qualification Specialist Location: Remote (Pacific Timezone) Work Schedule: 9 AM to 5 PM PT (Flexible on time zone) Overview: We are seeking a Lead Qualification Specialist for our residential home staging business. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate and home staging, with strong skills in lead management and procurement. Responsibilities: Review and evaluate incoming leads to determine their potential and fit for our services. Make initial contact with leads via phone, email, or other communication platforms to gather necessary information. Assess the needs and budget of potential clients, ensuring they meet our criteria. Accurately enter and maintain lead information in a CRM system. Schedule appointments for consultations and ensure all follow-ups are conducted in a timely manner. Provide regular reports on lead quality, conversion rates, and any issues encountered during the qualification process. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Lead Qualifier or similar role. Strong knowledge of online furniture retailers, styles, trends, and quality standards. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks. Proficient in using CRM software and other lead management tools. Strong organizational and digital inventory management skills. Familiarity with budgeting and cost analysis. Knowledge of the home staging and real estate industry is a plus.
