Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract and hire exceptional talent across various roles and levels Build and lead a high-performing recruiting team, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities Collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand talent needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies Leverage various sourcing channels, including employee referrals, job boards, social media, and industry events, to identify and engage with top talent Continuously optimize and streamline the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and efficient hiring cycles Qualifications: Proven track record of success in leadership roles within recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a high-growth technology or healthcare environment Must live in Bay Area Deep understanding of recruiting best practices, talent market dynamics, and hiring strategies Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple hiring initiatives simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Desired Qualifications: Experience working with a top recruiting agency in the San Francisco Bay Area, with a strong network and understanding of the local talent market Experience in recruiting for AI, machine learning, or SaaS roles, with a deep understanding of the skills and qualifications required Proven ability to attract and hire exceptional talent in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruiting and hiring
