OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST ROLE: As our Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals achieve independence and enhance their quality of life. Working in the community, you will assess clients' needs and develop interventions and recommendations to promote functional independence and participation in daily activities. You will also collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure client-centered care. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical, emotional, and social needs. Develop and implement individualized intervention plans aimed at improving clients' functional abilities. Provide therapeutic activities and exercises to enhance clients' daily living skills and overall well-being. Educate clients and their families on strategies to manage and improve their conditions. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic and coordinated care. Monitor and evaluate clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Advocate for clients' needs within the healthcare system and community resources. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clients' assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing environments. Passion for serving diverse populations and advocating for clients' needs. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in community settings. Familiarity with assistive technology and adaptive equipment.
