We are looking to recruit a motivated Public Relations and Marketing Consultant to join our busy Bucharest team. You will be key in managing and servicing clients and assisting with developing our Romanian business. You are smart, articulate, results-oriented and a team player who, as an ambitious professional with a solid grounding in Public Relations and Marketing, is ready to take on more responsibility, develop your client managerial skills and prove yourself in the commercial world of selling high-quality PR and Marketing services. Scope of Work: The role carries two key responsibilities: Development and day-to-day execution of all aspects of PR & Marketing programmes for key clients. This will include: liaison with clients on the development, scheduling and delivery of programmes. supervision of programme execution. development and maintenance of relationships with Romanian media at local and national level. engagement and interaction with relevant stakeholders and suppliers. preparation and editing of press releases, advertising & marketing materials, multimedia presentations. media monitoring and analysis. translation RO-EN and EN-RO, summaries and detailed documents. preparation of reports and reviews. coordination of media & trade events for client management and coordination. Identification and pursuit of new business opportunities: support Romania Country Manager and Group Managing Director in identifying and securing new business leads. active participation in preparation and pitching to potential clients. Skills & experience: A minimum of five years of PR and Marketing experience. excellent written and spoken Romanian (native) and English (min C1). numerate and literate. an interest in defence and security, and economics and finance is beneficial. highly organised, self-starter, good at multi-tasking, and robust under pressure. attention to detail and dedication to delivering a quality service to clients. confident in dealing with both international and Romanian clients. excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a professional manner. proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
