We are seeking an accomplished Financial Controller to oversee the financial operations and drive strategic growth as we continue to expand. Role Overview: As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for leading the financial strategy and management of our organization. You will play a critical role in ensuring our financial health and aligning our financial practices with the company's business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial leadership and strategic planning, with a strong understanding of the travel and technology sectors. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Financial Leadership Develop and implement financial strategies that align with companys long-term business goals. Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team and contribute to key decision-making processes. Identify, analyze, and mitigate financial risks and opportunities to support sustainable growth. 2. Financial Planning & Analysis : Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, and provide actionable insights to the executive team. Develop and maintain key financial metrics and reports to guide strategic decision-making. 3. Financial Operations & Reporting : Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, payroll, and cash flow management. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, both internally and externally. Coordinate audits and maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies. 4. Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Lead financial due diligence and integration efforts for potential mergers, acquisitions, or strategic partnerships. Analyze and evaluate business cases for investments, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. 5. Internal Controls & Compliance: Develop and maintain a strong internal control environment to safeguard company assets. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to address any financial issues or findings. 6. Team Leadership & Development: Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Provide coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities to finance team members. Promote cross-functional collaboration to support the broader goals of the organization. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certification preferred. 8-10 years of progressive financial experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience with Oracle, SAP or ERP system is a must Proven expertise in financial strategy, planning, and analysis. Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in the travel or technology industry is a plus. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset. Experience in travel arrangements, or hospitality sector is highly preferredÂ
