HireNow Staffing is currently seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Med/Surgical team in Fort Mohave, AZ. As an RN in the Med/Surgical unit, you will provide compassionate care to patients recovering from surgery or acute medical conditions, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.                                                                                                   Position: RN Med/Surgical Full-time Location: Fort Mohave, AZ 86426 Shift: 12-hour nights Salary: $72,000.00 - $94,000.00 BONUS DESCRIPTION $20,000 sign-on bonus and Relocation for a 3-year commitment RELOCATION PACKAGE Full Resp onsibilities: Assess patients' medical conditions and develop individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor patients' vital signs and condition, reporting any changes to healthcare team Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and self-management techniques Maintain accurate medical records and documentation Must-Have: 1 Associate's degree from an accredited professional nursing school required. 2 Certifications: BLS required upon hire. 3 1 year as Registered Nurse- Med Surge RN, Emergency Room, PACU and/or Cath Lab required 4 Arizona Registered Nurse and/or Compact State Registered Nurse Required.
