Position: Sales Development Representative - LATAM Location: Remote (EST Time zone) Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9AM to 5PM EST Job Description: We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who are experienced in B2B environments. You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by engaging potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, and responding to inbound inquiries. This role requires a strategic approach to develop and nurture leads, ensuring a robust pipeline for our Account Executives. Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Actively generate new sales leads through cold calling and email campaigns using outbound email software like LemList and MailShake. Inbound Lead Follow-up: Respond promptly to inquiries generated through marketing campaigns, identifying high-potential prospects. Prospect Pre-qualification: Evaluate potential clients to ensure they meet the company's criteria before moving forward in the sales process. Appointment Setting: Efficiently schedule detailed discussions between qualified prospects and Account Executives. Qualifications: Proven track record in sales or lead generation, preferably within B2B sales. Strong ability to communicate and articulate the value propositions of our products. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. High proficiency in CRM software, preferably Zoho. Knowledge of lead generation platforms such as Apollo.io, RocketReach, and ZoomInfo. Familiarity with the safety and industrial product channels; experience in sectors such as tattoo, hospice, and automotive industries is highly valued. Key Competencies: Expertise in Lead Management: Skilled in generating and nurturing leads to create opportunities for business growth. Effective Communication: Able to engage effectively with potential customers and team members across all levels. Strategic Pre-qualification: Capable of assessing prospect needs and potential for long-term partnerships. Collaborative Team Player: Works collaboratively within team settings to ensure goals are met and processes are seamless. Nice-to-Haves: Experience specifically as an SDR targeting distributors or end users. Background in discussions related to safety or industrial channels. Familiarity with additional CRM systems.
