Our client is a renowned Swiss manufacturer of high-quality tools and components for the industry, specializing in precision mechanical solutions. Due to our client's expansion into the German and Austrian markets, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager Collets and Toolholders (German and Austrian Market) Responsibilities: Relationship Management: Cultivate and expand relationships with existing clients in the assigned region, while actively seeking out new business opportunities across all product lines. Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, analyze their needs, and develop targeted sales strategies for each product and service. Sales Performance: Drive sales growth by effectively presenting and demonstrating the technical and manufacturing benefits of our Collets and Toolholders product line to customers. Technical Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, technical advancements, and competitor activities to ensure our offerings remain competitive and relevant. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to gather data, share insights, and develop comprehensive sales and marketing proposals that address customer needs. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, analyze performance data, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. Qualifications: Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in technical sales, preferably within the manufacturing or engineering sectors. Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and manufacturing processes, with a focus on tooling and workholding solutions. Customer-Centric Approach: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Business Acumen: Sharp analytical skills and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. Self-Motivation: A proactive, results-oriented approach with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently. Language Skills: Fluency in German and English is essential. Additional Requirements: Travel: Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 50%) within Germany and Austria to meet with clients and attend industry events. Product Training: Ability to quickly learn and master the technical details of our Collets and Toolholders product line.
