Job Summary Look after the company's full set accounts Responsible for the day-to-day accounting function. Prepare the full set account and monthly management reports. Prepare the audit schedules and tax schedules. Perform monthly bank reconciliation. Liaise with external auditors, tax agent (Group) and relevant authorities for statutory compliance. Preparation of payments and to support Treasury function. Assist in analysis and to provide management with detailed information on operations. Other ad hoc assignment when required by the management. Requirements LCCI / Higher Diploma / Degree in Accountancy At least 3 years experience in property development / construction environment would be an advantage Able to interact with different level of staff (including management) across different functional areas. Analytical. Able to understand and produce the required reports from the accounting software systems. Able to complete tasks in timely manner. Good communication skills with peers, coworker and external professionals (tax agents and auditors) for the effective operations of the department.
