The Role Lead the charge in evaluating, improving, and revamping AdMazad's core technology while building and inspiring a high-performing team! AdMazad, a leading innovator in advertising technology, seeks a passionate and experienced leader to spearhead the transformation of our AdMetrics & AdMazad platforms. In this pivotal role, you'll wear multiple hats: driving strategic evaluations, championing innovative improvements, and overseeing the revamp of these crucial systems. You'll also be responsible for building and leading a dedicated team to execute these ambitious goals. Your primary focus will be on: 1. Strategic Evaluation & Improvement: Lead the collaborative effort to critically evaluate our current technology stack (including GCP, PostgreSQL, WSO2am, Alfresco, Elastic Search, Kibana, QGIS, and WordPress). Analyze its efficiency, performance, scalability, maintainability, and cost-effectiveness in relation to AdMazad's evolving needs. Identify opportunities for improvement through data-driven analysis and a deep understanding of current technology trends and best practices. Advocate for and champion strategic recommendations for enhancements, considering factors like cost-effectiveness, long-term value, and alignment with AdMazad's future vision. 2. Championing Innovation & Transformation: Lead the design and development of innovative solutions to address identified shortcomings and enhance the functionality of both AdMetrics and AdMazad platforms, focusing on data integration and management. Evaluate potential technology advancements that could improve overall system efficiency, performance, scalability, and maintainability. Oversee the implementation of approved enhancements and transformations, ensuring smooth integration and minimal disruption to ongoing operations. 3. Build & Lead a Dedicated Team: Recruit, build, and lead a talented team of developers and data specialists to execute on these ambitious initiatives. Foster a collaborative and supportive environment that promotes creativity, problem-solving, and continuous learning. 4. Communication & Problem-Solving: Collaborate effectively with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of system and data integration needs. Translate needs into practical solutions, communicate progress transparently, and proactively identify and troubleshoot challenges related to system integration and platform functionality. Ideal Profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in software development, system integration , and data management . Proven leadership experience in managing and motivating technical teams ( experience leading smaller teams is acceptable ). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data analysis and manipulation. Experience working with cloud platforms like GCP is a plus.
