Our US partner is a leader in new and recycled auto parts, as well as Automotive and Metal Recycling. The Auto Parts business unit provides certified new and recycled auto parts to body shops, car dealers, auto parts dealers, and walk-in retail customers. As an Automotive Returns Coordinator , you are responsible for managing, processing, and tracking the return of automotive parts and products from customers. This role involves coordinating with various departments such as customer service, inventory management, warehouse teams, and third-party carriers to ensure that returns are processed efficiently and accurately. You must have attention to detail, organizational skills, effective communication, office suite, and follow-up skills. This is a full-time role, on a US shift and an Onsite (Cebu-based) set-up. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Receiving and inspecting returned automotive parts and products for quality and condition Assess faulty engines or issues of auto parts that need replacement Processing return authorizations and generating return shipping labels Updating inventory systems to reflect returned items Coordinating with warehouse teams to organize and manage returned inventory Communicating with customers regarding return status and resolutions Investigating reasons for returns and identifying trends or patterns Working with customer service teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions Maintaining accurate records of returns and investigating discrepancies Collaborating with vendors or suppliers to facilitate returns and exchanges Developing and implementing procedures to improve return processes and minimize return rates QUALIFICATIONS: Must have proven experience with auto parts/automotive ( i.e. can look at a car part and know if it is a transmission or engine, understands the term core) Experienced in dispatch and shipment tracking Nice to have tools exposure: MS Office Apps (Teams and Excel), EZsuite, and Pinnacle WHATS IN IT FOR YOU?
